My heart
Can handle
The flush
That
Occurs
When I blush
Because
You paint
Vivid vignettes
Colourfully detailing
The time passed

In distant moments
That
Grew
Between
Around
And
Through
Us
Waiting
To resurface
As
Synchronous memories
That
Are
Yours
And
Mine
Alone

Beautiful words. And I love the image also. 🙂
Thanks Katie!

Thank you Maggie!
For me, photopoet, these words are the heart of this post (and I adore the artwork!): “Because
You paint
Vivid vignettes
Colourfully detailing
The time passed:
We all need someone to paint our past moments vividly, whether they be of a romantic, platonic, agape, or communal type of love events.
granbee,
I agree with you. I think having others present to “paint our past moments” is a desire we all have but unfortunately sometimes we miss the connections that would allow us to create and share those moments.
Simple and lovely. Beautiful.
Thank you cidnlars!
Brilliant words to go with the photo!
Thank you!
I took the photo a few months ago and the words arrived a couple days ago. I guess they were fated to be together 🙂
